Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the United Business Solutions digital business-card platform, together with its related websites, applications, and services (collectively, the “Service”), operated by United Business Solutions LLC (“United Business Solutions”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Definitions

• “Account” — the registered account you create to access the Service.
• “vCard” — a digital business card, profile, or micro-site you create, publish, or manage through the Service.
• “Content” — any text, images, logos, links, contact details, and other materials you upload, publish, or share through the Service.
• “Subscription” — a paid plan that unlocks specific features and usage limits.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your Account. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

3. Subscriptions, Billing & Payments

3.1 Plans and fees

Certain features require a paid Subscription. The applicable fees, billing frequency (monthly or annual), plan limits, and any free-trial period are presented to you at the point of purchase.

3.2 Payment processing

Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider, Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us and Stripe to charge your selected payment method. We do not store full payment-card details on our servers.

3.3 Automatic renewal

Unless otherwise stated, Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current rate until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

3.4 Trials and refunds

Free trials, where offered, convert to a paid Subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable and payments are not pro-rated for partial periods.

3.5 Taxes

Fees are exclusive of taxes. You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or similar charges associated with your Subscription.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to, and not to permit others to:

• use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful purpose;
• impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with anyone;
• upload or share Content that is infringing, defamatory, obscene, hateful, or otherwise objectionable;
• transmit malware or engage in spam, phishing, or unsolicited bulk messaging;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems;
• scrape, reverse engineer, or interfere with the Service or its security features;
• resell or commercially exploit the Service except as expressly permitted by us.

5. Your Content & vCards

You retain ownership of the Content you submit. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, adapt, and display your Content solely to operate, provide, and improve the Service — including publishing your vCards to the recipients and audiences you choose. You are solely responsible for your Content and confirm that you hold all rights necessary to share it. We may remove Content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, templates, trademarks, and logos, is owned by United Business Solutions LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited rights expressly granted to you, no rights are transferred. You may not use our branding without our prior written permission.

7. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party providers — for example, payment processing, cloud storage and hosting, email delivery, sign-in, and location or analytics services. Your use of those integrations may be subject to the third party’s own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services or content.

8. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

9. Availability, Changes & Support

We strive to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, and may perform maintenance that temporarily limits access. Where practical, we will provide reasonable notice of significant changes.

10. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, create risk or legal exposure, or after prolonged inactivity. You may stop using the Service and delete your Account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases and we may delete your Content in accordance with our retention practices.

11. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory — including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement — to the maximum extent permitted by law.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, United Business Solutions LLC and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless United Business Solutions LLC from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your Content, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.

14. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at United Business Solutions LLC’s principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located there, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the Service or by email. Your continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
